1Handful freshly chopped coriander leaves

1tbspCane sugar
1-2Lime, the juice of which

Instructions for Rhubarb Salsa

To prepare the Rhubarb Salsa recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the rhubarb into small tern and blanch them in boiling letsalted water. Rinse them in cold water and let them drip well.

Cut the pepper in small tern and cut the spring onions nicely. Half the chilli, box seeds and middle wall and cut it nicely.

Mix the rhubarb in a bowl of the other vegetables and add lime juice and cane sugar and freshly chopped coriander leaves. Season with salt and pepper.

Server salsa as an accompaniment to grilled chicken, pork or fish.
