1bundleSliced rhubarb (about 450 g cleaned weight)
1Rod vanilla
100gFrozen strawberries
3dlWater
3-4tbspCane sugar

To prepare the Rhubarb-vaniljecooler recipe, please follow these instructions:

They came chopped rhubarb in a pan along with strawberries, sugar, water and a split vanilla pod. Bring to the boil. Let it simmer 10-15 minutes, the fruit is cooked completely out.

Put a towel in a sieve over a bowl, and pour fruit mass. Let the juice drip off completely, it takes a few hours. Taste, if desired. the juice even more sugar, and let it be completely cold.

Pour it on a scalded bottle and store it in the refrigerator.

Durability: ca. 10 days. Thin it up with cold, sparkling Danish water at a ratio of 1:4 or at will.
