Little tomatoes
A little water

1kgMinced veal and pork
1Onion coarsely

Instructions for Ribs Krone

To prepare the Ribs Krone recipe, please follow these instructions:

The ribs are ordered from the butcher and they are set and attached to the top.
Before the ribs are placed on top they season with salt and pepper.

Fill with a father: 1 kg chopped calf and pork
1 onion tears roughly
Possibly a little garlic
1 tablespoon oregano
A little bit of everything
salt and pepper
2 eggs
Some flour to collect it with. At the top of the crown is bacon added.

Put it all in the oven at 200-220 degrees with a little water in the frying pan for about 1-1½ hours

A small amount of mushrooms and tomatoes must be shaken on a pan and distributed around the crown during serving.

If you are many, there may also be a mediator sauce around the crown.
