1smallCarrot (about 50 g)
1cannedTuna in water (150 g drained weight)
1 1/2dlFromage frais or fromage blanc
1/2Red Pepper (approx. 50 g)
2-3Spring onion (50 g)
3/4dlSolve rice (ca. 60 g)

Instructions for Rice salad with tuna

To prepare the Rice salad with tuna recipe, please follow these instructions:

The rice is boiled in 1 1/2 dl water added a little salt. The peasants die up. The peppers are cut into small terns. The carrot is peeled and rubbed roughly. Spring bulbs are cleansed and cut into thin rings. The tuna is drained for water and finely chopped with a fork. The cleaned and carved vegetables are mixed with the tuna and the cooked rice. Chives are mixed in Fromage frais / Fromage blanc. The dressing is seasoned with salt and white pepper. The dressing is poured over the rice salad or served in a bowl separately.

tips:
If the dressing is desired a little thinner, a little bit of skim milk or a skinned milk may be added.
