Wheat flour to jævning

Instructions for Ristaffel with poppadoms

To prepare the Ristaffel with poppadoms recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sauce: pour the oil in a wok/Pan warm it up, put so Curry onion and shredded Turkey meat in, pour a bit of væden from the caramelized pineapple i. Brown all over. Add half of the caramelized pineapple, a handful of raisins, bean sprouts/bamboo shoots, salt and pepper. Put a lid on let it simmer for about ½ hour. Boil the rice now, so they are only lukewarm when they should be used.

Poppadoms: Fill a pot with oil warm it up almost half. Test with one of poppadomsene dip a little of it in the oil, pokes it up is oil ready. Throw one at a time into the oil in 3 sec. take it up with a slotted spoon (or other) place it on the fat-sucking paper. Rose so many you can eat.

Serving: put Rice in bottom of poppadomen sauce poured over and that "sprinkled" mandarins raisins, coconut and pineapple.

Tips:
The sauce can of course be smoothed over with a shaken flour jævning milk or water.
