To prepare the Roasted chestnuts recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut a cross in the pointed end of each chestnut with a sharp knife. (If they don't chop, they can explode in the oven.)

Set the chestnuts side-by-side in coarse salt on a baking pan or a baking dish. Grate them by 225 degrees c. alm. oven for about ½ hour.

Server with coarse salt and butter
