To prepare the Roasted poulard recipe, please follow these instructions:

See on the finished cleaned poulard is done quite clean inside.

Poularden rub inside and outside with salt and crumbled Rosemary.

Put thin bacon slices on the grate in the baleen pan and set pan in a cold oven. Turn on the oven and set the thermostat at 175 degrees.

Let the roast is tender oularden ca. 2 hours. An infant with a little broth during cooking.

Take poularden out of the oven and cook the baking pan with the rest of the broth and cream. Season to taste.
