Instructions for Rodfrugtfad

To prepare the Rodfrugtfad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel potatoes, parsnips, carrots and beetroots and cut them into 2 cm cubes.
Cut the onions in both.
Put it all in a ovenproof dish.
Pour broth and butter over and season with salt, pepper and muskat.
Put the dish in a cold oven on one of the middle ribs.
Baking time: about 1 hour at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Turn around in the vegetables occasionally.
