Instructions for Romhjerter

To prepare the Romhjerter recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and ground almond in a bowl and crumble the butter into. Add vanilla sugar, lemon peel, eggs and rum, and knead the dough together into a ball. Wrap it in foil, and let the rest cool 1-2 hours.

Stir the glaze together.

Roll the dough out in barely ½ cm. thickness on a floured's and stick-out it with a heart shape. Behind the cakes 12-15 minutes at 157 degrees, and cool them on a wire rack of a little. Butter icing on the cakes while they are still warm, then distributes the best. Garnish with almond flakes.
