Instructions for Rosemary grilled pork tenderloin

To prepare the Rosemary grilled pork tenderloin recipe, please follow these instructions:

Make a marinade of grated lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic into thin slices, Rosemary, pepper mixture and olive oil. Put the Tenderloin in the marinade and let it drag at least 2 hours. Boxes marinade but save Rosemary twigs. Brown tenderloin quickly and season with salt.

Adjust the grate on the grill, so there is a good distance from the coals. Put the Rosemary twigs by the meat and grill it for about 25 minutes. Turn over regularly. Pack the meat into the foil and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Halve the apples and remove the core House with a spoon, so there will be a nice cavity. Cut the cheese into 8 thin slices, and place a slice in each cavity. Next, put a little Rosemary and pepper on top, and drizzle with acacia honey, depending on the æblets sweetness. Finally, it must not be too sweet.

Put the apples close together on the grill for good distance to coals and put a big foil tray of apples as a lid, or grill them indirectly in a charcoal grill for about 15 minutes.

Cut the tenderloin into thin slices and serve it with grilled apples, a good bowl of green salad and warm bread or potatoes.
