½lVegetable juice
½lWater
1Leek
2smallOr 1 large parsnip
200gBrussels sprouts
4Potatoes

Instructions for Rosemary soup (low fat)

To prepare the Rosemary soup (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut potatoes, parsnips and sprouts in coarse tern. Boil approx. 10 min in the water.

Cool with diluted vegetable juice. Blend it for 10-15 seconds. Cut the pork into rings, add them to the soup and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.
