1tspSalt
100gRaisins
100gButter
2dlMilk
200gA-38
50gSugar (4 tablespoons)
500gFlour (8 ½ dl.)

Instructions for Rosinballs and Rosinbread

To prepare the Rosinballs and Rosinbread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the butter and pour it into a bowl,
Add milk and stir the yeast out of it.
Come in to the other ingredients. Eel the dough well, and set it aside for a slight place, approx. 30 min. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Form one half for bread, lying in a lubricated form. The other half is cut into 15 pieces and shaped into buns.
Repeated approx. 30 min. Brush with a fried egg.
