500gPork Tenderloin, trimmed

Instructions for Rosmarin-marinated pork tenderloin

To prepare the Rosmarin-marinated pork tenderloin recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the ingredients for the marinade, which is subsequently rubbed into the meat. Let it marinate covered in a dish in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours.

Then take the meat, but save the marinade that may be left for later. Brown the meat with good heat on a slick light pan and put it in a small pan. Pour if necessary. Spare marinade together with 1 dl water and put in a cold oven.

Turn on the oven at 160 and raise the meat for approx. 35 min. Let the meat rest in stanniol for 15 minutes.

sauce:
Boil the steak slice and broth, evenly with corn starch soaked in water, add if necessary. Suit and taste with salt and pepper.

Server with rice (possibly mixed with wild rice) cooked vegetables, for example. Carrots and broccoli.
