350gWheat flour
350-400gFulkorns wheat flour

Instructions for Rugklapper 02

To prepare the Rugklapper 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the yeast in the lukewarm water and add the oil, salt, honey and bran. Stir the two kinds of flour in gradually and knead the dough well with the hands at the end. Portion dough into 10-12 pieces and form them into oblong buns, place it in a small baking pan or else on wax paper, with ca. 1 cm. distance and let them raise to the fused (approx. 2 hours). Brush the surface with water and sprinkle with a little wheat bran. Behind them in the preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 15-20 my.
