Instructions for Russian tenderloin

To prepare the Russian tenderloin recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the pork into strips and put it in a pan and let the fat melt. Cut the tenderloin into strips. Cut the slice into thin slices. Brown the sirloin strips in the hot fat, add the onions and season them. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with red wine and simmer under lid for approx. 10 minutes. Let the pickled cucumbers and beetroot dripping and cut both pieces into fine strips. Bring them to the meat and the onions and simmer for 5 minutes. Chop the parsley well. Stir cream fry with parsley and taste with extra salt and pepper.
