2-3dlVarious seeds and nuts (Sunflower-pumpkin or flaxseed)
250gCheasy cottage cheese 1.5%
3tbspHoney or syrup
5dlRye flour
50gYeast
6dlWater

To prepare the Rye bread with cottage cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the yeast into the water. Add salt, honnning and cottage cheese and stir well. Add the flour and knead the dough for a long time to make it smooth and smooth. Roll it to a sausage and pour it into a baking soda lubricated with oil (eg flaxseed oil, but may carry others)
