125gRye flour
2Finely grated carrots
2dlLukewarm water
2dlYogurt
25gYeast
400gWheat flour

Instructions for Rye bread with jam

To prepare the Rye bread with jam recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix water and yogurt and stir the yeast out, add salt, coriander and carrots. Stir the rye flour and the wheat flour slightly at a time. Peel the dough so that it just drops your hands, it must not get too dry. Shake it for 1 hour.

Pour the dough through and form 12 bowls. Repeat for about 20 minutes. Scratch with a knife a scratch in each bowl and brush them with water.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 225 degrees. (Fahr.437) You can put a bowl of water at the bottom of the oven.

Cool on a grid. Can be frozen.
