500gWheat flour

Instructions for Sabaayad

To prepare the Sabaayad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Flour, eggs, oil and salt is poured into a bowl. Assembled with water for the dough is soft and supple. Kneaded well in 8-10 my part the dough into buns the size of a tennis ball. Let the dough balls rest uncovered for 10-15 min. Roll each muffin out in A4 size. Fold one long page a little over the middle. Fold the other side over.
