Instructions for Sacher Cake II

To prepare the Sacher Cake II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Fat and the melted chocolate is stirred together. Then add icing and the 4 egg yolks one at a time. The egg whites whipped into rigid foam, which is mixed in the batter along with wheat flour. They can also blend 25 g ground almonds and the juice of ½ lemon into the batter, which is filled into a well-oiled springform, ca. 20 cm. in diameter.

Bake at 180 degrees C in the Middle Groove by approx. 1 hour.

The cake should preferably be in shape for the next day, in which case the overdrawn with chocolate glaze.
