To prepare the Saffron-potato recipe, please follow these instructions:

The potatoes are rinsed, boiled and cooled.

Fromage frais, lemon juice, cane sugar, salt, pepper and saffron are stirred together. The dressing becomes more yellow and gets stronger safransmag the longer it stands and pulls after it is touched.

The potatoes are mixed in the dressing and served with a little broad parsley.
