White pepper
Salt
0.5gSaffron threads
0.5dlDry white wine
1Picked finely chopped shallots
2dlRice (to solve rice)
3-4tbspGrated Parmesan cheese
5dlBoiling chicken stock
50gButter

Instructions for Saffron rice

To prepare the Saffron rice recipe, please follow these instructions:

Saute the onions in a pan in butter, add the rice and sauté them with a couple of minutes while there is stirred. Add the boiling broth and wine, little by little, and infants with wetness if need be.

Add the Saffron threads towards the end of cooking. The rice must have a fairly loose consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper, parmesan cheese, when the rice is tender.

Tips:
Saffron can be replaced with turmeric.
