1tbspCoriander seeds
1Small bdt. fresh mint
1Small red chilli
1pinchNutmeg
1pinchCumin seeds
1.5dlThistle oil
100gPumpkin seeds

200gOats (like long-term toasted from aurion)
300gCarrots
300gLeeks

Make carrot and Leek in a position. Cut the vegetables into smaller pieces. Steam them crisp-tender. Boil the whole oats according to instructions on package-add salt and lemon peel-or until it is tender and pleasant to bite into. Let vegetables and grain cooling off. Blend the ingredients for the dressing. Mix with cereals, vegetables and pumpkin seeds, season with salt and pepper and serve.

Tips:
