Instructions for Salad with vegetable pasta

To prepare the Salad with vegetable pasta recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.

Cut the broccoli into small bouquets and boil them approx. 5 minutes in low salt water. Clean the spring bulbs and cut them into long slices. Cut the tomatoes into large cubes. Cut or tear dried tomatoes into strips. Arrow and chin whitewashed.

Dup schnitzlerne dry with kitchen roll. Spice with pepper. Let the butter become golden on a forehead with high heat. Immediately brown the schitzlerne on both sides. Turn down to medium heat and complete them, 1½ to 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt.

Sweat dried tomatoes, onions, tomatoes and garlic 2 minutes in a pan in the oil. Season with salt and pepper and basil if dried basil is used. Let it simmer for a little 3-4 minutes.

Add tomato mixture and broccoli on a dish together with drip tape paste and decorate with freshly chopped basil or parsley.

Fresh basil is added just before serving. The dish can be made with tomato tomatoes, but the dishes should be poured off, otherwise the vegetable paste will be too moist.
