2Fresh aguker or ½ kg. pickled cucumbers

To prepare the Salata Snezhanka recipe, please follow these instructions:

Style yoghurt for draining, however, time in a cool place. If you can get the fat Greek yogurt you can settle for half the amount and do not need to drain it off. Chop the cucumbers well. Salt the diced fresh cucumbers and style them also for draining a cool place. If you use pickled cucumbers they must not cured, just drain away. Mix all the ingredients except the chopped nuts as sprinkled over it.
