To prepare the Salmon ala Chinzia recipe, please follow these instructions:

Butter a piece of wax paper with oil and put 1 PCs fresh salmon piece + thin strips of carrots and squash (which may well be a lot of these) onto with plenty of citrionsaft and it is seasoned with salt and pepper. A couple eating spoons sour cream added over and sprinkled with thyme and a little herbes de provence.
