Ingredients for Salmon dish with white wine and asparagus

0.25Finely chopped cabbage
1bundleB Orin, fine cut
1bundleGreen asparagus
1-2cloveGarlic into thin slices (optional)
2dlWhite wine
5dlWhipped cream
600gSalmon fillet with skin
Fresh chopped dill
Cooked, fresh pasta for 4 pers
Concentrated lemon juice

Instructions for Salmon dish with white wine and asparagus

To prepare the Salmon dish with white wine and asparagus recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turn on the oven at 220 degrees.
Put asparagus and bell celery in the bottom of a refractory dish and pour the white wine over. It is important that the white wine only covers the asparagus exactly.
Distribute the cabbage over it.
Spice the salmon with lemon, salt and pepper on both sides and put them in the dish with the skin upwards. Put the garlic slices on top of the salmon.
Cover the dish with aloe oil and put the dish in the hot oven. Preferably use alm. oven.

After 5 min. Screwed down to 170 degrees.

When the glory has got 40 min. The dish is taken out of the oven. Carefully remove the skin from the salmon pieces and toss it with the garlic slices. If the skin can not be removed without the salmon completely broken, give it 5 minutes. Longer in the oven.
Put the salmon pieces back in the dish.
Pour the cream over. Season with salt and pepper and put it back in the oven.

Turn up to 200 degrees.

The dish is finished when the cream starts to grow cheesy (after about 30 minutes)

The cream is not completely thick and soiled because of the white wine.

In total, the dish should be in the oven for approx. 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Server with fresh pasta and freshly chopped dill ... and possibly. The rest of the good white wine poured on glass.

tips:
The cream and cabbage can be omitted if you want a delicious starter. Then the court is finished after the first 40 minutes.
