Instructions for Salmon fillet in staniol

To prepare the Salmon fillet in staniol recipe, please follow these instructions:

1. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. (Hot air)

2. Slice a piece of staniol and butter with a little magarine so that the salmon does not hang.

3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the salmon.

4. Cut the vegetables into slices and tern and pour over the salmon.

5. Squeeze garlic in addition to the vegetables, as desired, and fold the stanol together so that it is closed.

- Must have 20 minutes in the oven, at 200 degrees.

Accessories:
1. Boil the pasta.

2. When the salmon is a few minutes from being done pour the water from the pasta and add a mornay sauce, stir well while standing on the hob, but do not let it boil.

tips:
Only imagination sets limits on what vegetables you want to put in. A little extra thing you may need. Can do is to fry the last mushrooms and add them to the pasta.
