Instructions for Salmon-fried scrub with tomato sauce

To prepare the Salmon-fried scrub with tomato sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Salmon-fried scrub:
Cut the salmon into thin strips and put them in a food processor. Add egg white, cream, 1/2 teaspoon. Salt and a little pepper as well as herbs (any basil, parsley, dill or a mixture of them) as desired. Let the blender run until the dad collects.

In a dish, add a spoonful of spices spiced with salt. In the middle lay a layer of salmon and add another fillet on top of which an opening is cut in the middle. (In the case of odd fillets or as an alternative you can also put a thin layer of salmon on the fillets and roll them). Add white wine and fish fund. Cover the dish with stanniol and steam the fish in a hot oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Oven for approx. 30 minutes. Take them out and let them pull for another 10 minutes.

Tomato Sauce:
Cut 2 slices of bacon and 1 onions into small pieces and simmer it in a little oil on a pan. Add 5 tomatoes cut into quarters and tomato concentrates as well as the fish from the fish. Let it simmer for approx. 10 min. Season with a little sugar, salt and pepper and add thin strips of peppers.

Serve the dish with potatoes or rice.
