Instructions for Salmon in green sauce

To prepare the Salmon in green sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Take the paper-like covers of tomato beans and rinse them well. If green tomatoes are used, they must be blanched and flaked.

The fish bouillons are poured into a saucepan so it stands 1 cm along the side. Come if Some water in too. The tomato jellies are put into the pan and boiled, then screwed down to the heat and the dish simmer under the lid for 10 minutes or until the tomatoes are tender. The tomato beans are blended with a little of the wafer and blended with spring onion, coriander, garlic and chilli and blend until the mixture is even.

1 tablespoon oil is heated on a pan. Add the tomato mixture, heat the pan and cook the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. The pan is kept warm.

Lime juice is poured over the fish, sprinkled with a little salt. Let the fish pull for 5 minutes. The remaining oil is heated on a pan and the fish is roasted 1 minute on each side. The sauce is poured over and the lid is laid on the forehead. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the fish is flaky, carefully try it with the back of a knife.
