To prepare the Salmon roll with caviar recipe, please follow these instructions:

Inserts the first smoked salmon (like salmon remains) into small cubes and mix them with caviar and creme fraiche. Season with salt & pepper.

Lay salmon slices tightly next to each other on a Board with a piece of film. Put the filling on the center of the salmon slices and roll the salmon together using film.

Server salmon roll carved or whole on a little shredded lettuce with asparagus slices and a little dill.
