Ingredients for Salmon sauce

Freshly grated grana cheese or pastaost
Pepper
Small dill sprigs
0.5tspCoarse salt
1dlFresh chopped dill
1tspFreshly squeezed lemon juice
250gFresh salmon fillet without skin and bones
5dlKaro's sauce naturel

Instructions for Salmon sauce

To prepare the Salmon sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the flesh into cubes (approx. 2 x 2 cm).

Bring Sauce to a boil in a thick-bottomed saucepan Naturel. Cook the sauce over a low heat and stirring continuously for approx. 2 min. Add lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper. Turn off the heat.

Gently flip the salmon in and put a lid on the pot. Let the fish pull in about 4 minutes, until it is firm and pink.

Taste the sauce.
