(cr. cream and yoghut naturel may be replaced with: 1.5 dl mayonaise and 1 dl cr. fraiche 38%)

Instructions for Salmon Tower

To prepare the Salmon Tower recipe, please follow these instructions:

-Let the prawns drip WELL and then the chopped coarsely. -Red onion (chopped)-dill-horseradish and lemon juice mixed with cr. cream and yogurt (El. mayonaise and cr. cream) and season with salt and pepper. -Turn the shrimp in the mixture. -Stans round circles out of toast bread. -For each tower used 3 circles with shrimp mixture from, also a little butter shrimp mixture on the outside of the circles. -The circles covered with salmon pieces. -Finally, garnish with lettuce-løgskiver-shrimp-dill sprigs and lemon-tomato boats.
