To prepare the Salmon with leek and carrot recipe, please follow these instructions:

Place the skinned and non-wicked salmon slices in a dish with a border. Put all the ingredients of the layer in a saucepan.

Cut leeks and carrot into slices. Cook the sheet for 8-10 minutes to make it rich and good.

Add the vegetables and pour the cooking layer over the salmon. The layer must cover the salmon with approx. 2 cm. Cover the dish and leave it to stand for approx. 10 minutes. The salmon is ready.

Serve with a good sauce or lettuce whole spinach, boiled potatoes, asparagus or a salad.

The salmon can also be served cold, possibly. Coated with jelly and decorated with lemon and dill.
