14dlWheat flour
2dlWheat bran
2dlCracked wheat kernels
2tspSalt
2-3tbspButter
3tbspCoarse sea salt
4-5dlRye flour

Instructions for Salt coarse bread

To prepare the Salt coarse bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

The yeast is crumbled in a large bowl and the yummy lunes in a saucepan and poured over the yeast. Stir until the yeast is dissolved and add rye flour, bran and kernels. Let the mixture stand at room temperature for 1 hour until it bubbles in the surface.

Add flour, salt and fennel and allow the dough to cover for 1 hour.

Spread the dough through the last 2 dl. Flour and form 3 bread that is set for raising on floured baking plates for approx. 30 minutes.

Pour the bread at the bottom of the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 1 hour. Cover if necessary. With stanniol if they get too dark.

Take the bread on a grate. Grease them with butter and sprinkle with sea salt while still hot.
