3dlMilk
400gSigtebrodsmel (6 1/2 dl)

Instructions for Saltgifler

To prepare the Saltgifler recipe, please follow these instructions:

The milk is lunched, the yeast is thrown out. Add salt and sift bran flour and thoroughly mix the dough. Set for pouring a warm place approx. 1/2 hour.

The dough is thrown down and rolled out into a large circle. The dough is divided into 16 triangles, which are pulled together from the wide end to the middle. Place on a plate with the tip down. The gifs add on the plate about 15 min.

Brush with egg and sprinkle with salt.

Bagetid approx. 15 min. At 200 degrees.
