Ingredients for Satay Sauce

0.5tspCoriander ground
0.5tspShrimp pasta
0.5Cumin ground
1tbspFinely chopped lemon grass
1Small onion chopped
150gRoasted crushed peanuts
2Chopped coriander roots
2.5dlCoconut milk
3Dried red chilies (or 1 tsp. chili powder)

Instructions for Satay Sauce

To prepare the Satay Sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Onions, lemongrass, shrimps, chili, garlic, cumin and coriander are mixed with so much coconut milk that it has a fluidity.

Heat the oil in a thickened pot and stir the mixture with stirring until it is light pink. Add the rest of the coconut milk with vigorous stirring and dampen the heat to low heat.

Bring the chopped peanuts and stir well so they are spread into the sauce. Add sugar, tamarind juice and a little salt. If the sauce is too thick, dilute it with a little coconut milk. Is it too thin to boil the lind - but be careful that it burns easily
