Ingredients for Sate Daging

½tspSambal oelek
1Lemonfrugt
1tbspOil
1tbspPalm sugar
1tbspSoy sauce
200gRoasted peanut kernels or peanut butter (oil may be omitted)
3cmFresh ginger
3tbspSweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
30-40smallKebabs
4dlCoconut milk
750gLean beef

Instructions for Sate Daging

To prepare the Sate Daging recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat for approx. 1 - 2 cm tern.

Stir marinade together of 3 tablespoons. Kecap Manis and 1 tbsp. oil.

Place the meat in a bowl and pour marinade over the meat.

Place the dish in the refrigerator and allow it to rest for approx. 1 hour. The meat is reversed once in a while.

Blend the peanuts or crush them into a mortar. (Skip over if peanut butter is used)

Turn on the oven to 250 degrees or switch on the grill.

Peel and tear the ginger into the peanut mixture.

Heat the oil and shake the peanut mixture at medium heat for approx. 3 min.

Bring coconut milk, sambal oelek, soya sauce, palme sugar and squeeze lemon juice into the sauce

Let the sauce simmer at low heat for approx. 10 min.

Bring 3 to 4 pieces of meat on each griddle and put them on a dish.

Place the dish in the preheated oven for approx. 30 min or grill on the grill. The meat is reversed occasionally.

Server Sate Dancing together with hot rice and the lukewarm peanut sauce.

tips:
The best result is achieved by making the dish on an open grill.
