A little fresh chives (ca. 10 cm)
Butter or oil
1tbspGreen jalapeño
1Lime or lemon
1Onion finely chopped
1dlMilk or cream
1glassTaco sauce-mild
100gPeeled Shrimp
2tspTaco spice mix original
200gChopped spinach
450gCod fillet

To prepare the Saturday Night Special Seafood Cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the cod fillets nicely in a food processor. Add egg, jalapeño and spice mix and blend again. Pour milk in, at a time, until the father is even. Gently turn the garlic and shrimp into the dad. Form seafood cakes using 2 large spoons and put them in the butter at low heat.

In the meantime prepare the rice as follows. Season the onions in butter or oil until they are soft, add rice, salt and water. Let it boil under the lid until the rice is finished. Mix the spinach in a little before the rice is finished.

Serve with freshly prepared seafood cakes, avocado slices, lime and taco sauce.
