To prepare the Sauce alla Francesca recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the virgin, mussels, giant and calamari (cut in rings) and garlic in olive oil on a teaspoonful for approx. 2-3 minutes. Add white wine and steam the mussels covered until they have opened. Season with salt and pepper. Add tomato meat and season with salt and pepper. Boil the sauce for approx. 5 minutes.
