Ingredients for Sausage wheel

Freshly ground black pepper
Salt
1tbspFreshly squeezed lemon juice
1Large onion chopped very fine
1.75gCumberland sausage in a long length
1-2tbspChopped fresh parsley
12-1425 cm thin metal sticks or bamboo skewer steeping 30 minutes
2cloveCrushed garlic
25gButter
6tbspSweet chilli sauce
6tbspTomato ketchup

Instructions for Sausage wheel

To prepare the Sausage wheel recipe, please follow these instructions:

Roll the sausage in a fixed spiral and then push the 12-14 sticks into the middle on a regular basis, they have to hand as the spokes on a wheel. Style wheel in the fridge until the party begins.

For the sauce you fry the onion and garlic in butter in 6-7 minutes, until soft and lightly tanned skins. Add the tomato ketchup, chili sauce, lemon juice and simmer for 3 minutes, until the mixture is quite thick. Season with salt and pepper.
