Instructions for Savarin from monte carlo

To prepare the Savarin from monte carlo recipe, please follow these instructions:

The whole eggs whipped into a thick egg snaps with sugar. The grated lemon zest, baking powder and flour mix gently in.

The batter is poured into a well-oiled rim shape that holds about 1 litre. Bake for approximately ½ hour at 200 degrees c.

Invert the cake onto a rack and added a little before use back in form and through as well as faecal matter with fruit juice and sherry. Invert onto a platter. Fruits are added in the middle of the cake, and a little whipped cream tastes extra good to do so.

A wonderful cake that anyone can bake and use for tea, coffee or as a festive dessert.
