25gYeast
50gSugar
500gWheat flour

Instructions for Scones

To prepare the Scones recipe, please follow these instructions:

Milk lunes, and dissolve yeast in it, however, must not be warmed with. All the ingredients kneaded together into a uniform dough now made to withdraw to double in size in a warm place, covered.

The dough is divided into 2 equal balls, each shaped like French bread. These 2 deje rests 2-3 minutes then the beaten flat and folded over like French bread, and rolled out for sausage shape about 35 cm long.
