Ingredients for Scrambled Tofu

Pepper
Salt
0.5Lemon
1-1.5Apple (finely chopped without peel)
200gTofu (finely chopped)
250gMushroom (finely chopped)
4tbspNeutral oil

Instructions for Scrambled Tofu

To prepare the Scrambled Tofu recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop mushroom fine and leave them well in oil with medium heat. Chop while tofu and apple fine. Taste the mushroom with salt and pepper. Add the apple and continue for 3-4 min. Add tofu and step it all well for approx. 10 min. Add at last some lemon / lime juice.

Server like with bread of coffee! :-)
