1Sea trout. approx. 1 ½ kg
1The onion into half rings
1.5dlWhite wine or 1 ½ cups apple cider
1.5dlWhipping cream or cream fine
1.5tspDried thyme

2Leeks into thin slices
2Large carrots

Instructions for Sea trout with garlic sauce

To prepare the Sea trout with garlic sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Clean and scrub and dry the sea urchin and split it into 2 fillets. Sprinkle with salt and pepper inside. Lubricate an ovenproof dish of appropriate size. Chop leeks + carrots + squash + garlic finely. Put the vegetables in a little oil in a pan for approx. 5-7 min. Season with salt and pepper and thyme. There must still be bites in the vegetables. Distribute the vegetables to the bottom of the dish. Lay the trout upside down with the skin side up and cover it with lemon slices. Season with salt. Divide the tomatoes in half and place them at the edge of the dish and between the fillets. Pour water and white wine at. Cover the dish with greased alufolie and style it in the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 25-30 minutes. The fish is finished when the spine can easily be loosened.
Pour the fish skies off and keep the trout warm while the sauce is made.
Season onions and chives in a little butter for a couple of minutes. Pour the fish slice and let it boil a little. Add cream and let the sauce boil for a couple of minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Server with pellet potatoes or fresh pasta.
