½tspHot chilli sauce or sambal oelek
½tspGround coriander
1dlBroth
1tspFresh ginger
1Small clove garlic
1smallOnion

1tbspWhipped cream
1Ham schnitzel of topside, 1 – 1 ½ cm thick
2tspConcentrated tomato puree
50gCorn kernels, frozen or tinned
75gWholemeal bread

Dip the meat with a kitchen roll and brown it quickly on both sides of a pan in oil with high heat.
