Ingredients for Seasoned pistachios with white chocolate

Peel and juice from one lime
0.5tspBaking powder
0.5tspGround ginger
0.5tspGround cinnamon
1Eggs
1tspBaking soda
100gWhite chocolate
100-150gFinely chopped pistachios
200gButter
25gHoney
250gWheat flour
75gBrown sugar
75gCane sugar

Instructions for Seasoned pistachios with white chocolate

To prepare the Seasoned pistachios with white chocolate recipe, please follow these instructions:

100-150 g finely chopped pistachio nuts (gnub them and shake them afterwards in a duster to get as much peel as possible. It does not matter that they are salted pistachio nuts). Save any. Some of the chopped nuts for decoration.
The butter is stirred softly and added nuts and sugar. Then put all the "wet" ingredients in. Spices etc. Sifted together with the flour which is stirred in a little while.
Toggles for balls of approx. 10 grams pressed slightly flat. They do not flow so much, so there can be many on one plate. Bake for approx. 10-15 minutes at 185 degrees. They must be golden. It's easiest to look at the bottom, if they are enough.
The white chocolate melted in a water bath and was placed in a syringe bag. Cookies are decorated according to taste and pleasure, and may have a small amount of pistachios afterwards.
