To prepare the Seasoned prawn soup with lemongrass recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring the fund to the boil add lemongrass, galanga and kaffir gingerbread. Add shrimps and mushrooms. Let it simmer for 3 - 4 minutes until the shrimps change color. Add chili, lemon juice and fish sauce.

Taste the soup and add more lemon juice or fish sauce if necessary. The soup must be spicy and sour and slightly salty. Decorate with fresh coriander leaves for serving.

tips:
The prawns must not boil for long and they will be cool. It gives the best result of using homemade chicken food.
