New potatoes and vegetables according to season
Oil
Pepper

1-2tbspCorn oil
2Onions in slices
3tbspSqueezed lemon juice
4Hajsteaks like 2.5-3 cm thick
4Tomatoes in slices

To prepare the Shark steaks new potatoes, gønsager m. recipe, please follow these instructions:

Marinér the purchased hajsteaks or salmon steaks in 2-3 hours in marinade made of: corn oil, lemon juice and squeezed garlic, which whipped together with a blender. After 3 hours pour the marinade from (the marinade is saved for the sauce) and turn the 4 hajsteaks in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.

Fry the steaks 4 pieces on a dry Pan (20-30 g butter can be used) on a low heat for approximately 20-30 minutes. The pieces out in a serving dish and keep warm in the oven. Grate løgskiverne in the remains on the forehead (a little extra corn oil may be added as needed) and put the sliced tomatoes by, after which the marinade poured over.
