Instructions for Shashlik

To prepare the Shashlik recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat for 3-4 cm. Big cubes Stir marinade of oil, lemon juice and spices. Place the pieces of meat in a bowl, pour marinade over and mix well. Let the meat marinate covered in refrigerator for 10 hours.
