Ingredients for Shepherd's Pie

1stemCelery, chopped
1Fintsnittet Leek (may be replaced by 3 scallions)
1canPeeled tomatoes, finely chopped (about 400 g)
1Small, chopped red onion
1.25dlWater
100gChopped mushrooms
2tbspFresh thyme
2Diced carrots
2tbspOlive oil
25gButter
4tbspMilk
400gSweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
500gMealy potatoes, cooked and mashed
750gLean minced lamb

Instructions for Shepherd's Pie

To prepare the Shepherd's Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat half of the oil on a slip-light pan and heat the meat at high heat until it is well browned everywhere. Pour it into pieces with a saucepan. Remove the meat with a casserole, pour excess grease and wipe the forehead with a piece of paper roll.

Instead of 2 different kinds of potatoes you can easily use 900 g baked potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed.
